Lemond is one of Houston’s premier Full-Service Catering and Event Production Companies specializing in on-site and off site catered events. We can provide onsite kitchen setup with our mobile kitchen as well as full alcohol beverage services anywhere in the state of Texas. Whether you are planning a Social Gala Extravaganza for thousands or a Gourmet Wine Dinner for 50 guests at your home or at our ballroom we have the experience and skills needed to execute your event flawlessly.
We also can provide corporate catering. We have designed an extensive list of menus designed specifically for our corporate clientele. The menus range from continental breakfasts, box lunches and party trays to full service events with onsite chef services. Our current customers include major oil companies, law firms, universities and public schools.
Executive Chef Reginald L. Martin Jr. graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990. He was trained to prepare classical French cuisine at the Alain & Marie Lenotre Culinary Institute in Houston. He uses his culinary skills to impress clients with a wide array of American, Southwestern and Regional Cuisine. Chef Martin has been featured at the Grand Wine and Food Festival and ABC’s Crossroads. He is an active board member of the Houston Restaurant Association and Texas Restaurant Association.
To complete the ultimate culinary and special event experience, his wife Merinda Watkins-Martin a 1991 graduate of Rice University, provides the personal touch and expertise required to make sure every detail from, linens, china, crystal and site selection is thoroughly planned out to perfection.
